Who it is for

Pilates teachers who plan mat classes, and people who practise mat Pilates at home.

What you get

A library of exercises

Every exercise has its setup, movement, cues and breath, with easier and harder variants where there are any. Search by name, filter by level and rate your favourites with stars.

The Library tab: the list of exercises on the left, and The Hundred with its setup, movement and cues on the right.

A class builder

Generate builds a class from a recipe: its length, its level and its intensity. It orders the exercises by body position, so the class moves smoothly from one to the next. Set the rest and the pace, and keep your own recipes.

The class editor in the Classes tab: the totals of the class, the recipe with the Generate button, and the sequence of exercises with their times.

A player for the mat

Start the class and the timer leads you through each exercise and rest, with the cues and the breath on the screen and a beep as each one starts. It works well on a phone.

The class player on a phone: the countdown ring of The Hundred, its description and cues, and the Pause, Skip and Stop buttons.

And also

On every device

Your classes are saved on the server under your account, so your phone and your computer show the same ones.

Print and export

Print a class as a table, or export it as a file to keep or share, and import it again.

English and German, in your colours

The Daybook is in English or German; the exercise names stay English. Choose from three colour themes and two styles, each following the light or dark setting of your device.

Installs as an app

Add the Daybook to the home screen of your phone or to your computer, and it opens like an app.
