Pilates Daybook A teacher's book of mat classes

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes, the Daybook is free during the beta. There is no card to enter.

The mail did not come

Still nothing? Write to hello@pilatesdaybook.com.

Logging in and out

The Daybook sends you to its login page when you are not logged in. Use your email address and password, or ask for a sign-in link by mail. A login lasts on that device until 30 days after you last used the Daybook, even if you close the browser. To end it sooner, open Settings and choose Log out.

Change my email address or delete my account

Write from the address of the account to hello@pilatesdaybook.com. Deleting an account removes its password, its entry and its classes.

Where is my data kept?

On a server that the owner rents from DigitalOcean, and in the owner's own backups. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The privacy notice lists what is kept and for how long.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer?

Yes. Your classes, recipes, ratings, language, colour theme and style are saved on the server under your account, so every device shows the same ones. Log in with the same email address on each.

Which languages are there?

English and German. Use the switch at the top of the page. The exercise names stay in English in both.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Daybook is a planning tool for Pilates teachers and people who practise at home, not medical advice. Ask a doctor or physiotherapist before you start if you have an injury or a condition, and stop an exercise that hurts.
